For Arrowmen interested in learning new skills for American Indian activities, then NOAC 2000 was the place to be. Ideas and examples of regalia construction were shown to aid Arrowmen in promoting better outfits in lodge dance teams and ceremonies.
The Training staff provided instruction in skills ranging from bead work to silver working to bustle making. Participants were given the opportunity to try their hand at these activities with the guidance of experts who really knew what they were doing.
