 Over 5,000 Arrowmen arrived on the first day of the conference. Some made a one hour trip, others were completing a five-day trek. These Arrowmen were from all 50 states, as well as from several foreign countries. 

Arrowmen organizing paperworkAfter departing their vehicles or arriving from the airport shuttle, the Lodge Chief and Adviser left the rest of their contingent to complete registration, which included turning in medical forms, receiving dormitory room assignments, and being briefed on procedures by the registration staff.

Region Chiefs leading orientationWhile the Lodge Chief and Adviser were completing registration, the rest of the Lodge contingent attended meetings conducted by one of the four Region Chiefs. At the meeting with their Region Chief, Arrowmen were informed of basic operations and procedures. Scouts were informed of conference rules and regulations, dormitory and transportation procedures, and the conference schedule.

Arrowmen in distinctive yellow hats waiting for their leader Upon completion of the orientation meeting with the Region Chief, Arrowmen had time to relax, stretch their legs and engage in fellowship with other Brothers from across the nation. Many lodges had unique clothing items or formed small groups to play games while the Lodge Chiefs and Advisers completed registration.

Ceremonies Competition registration tableDuring the conference, events ranging from SCUBA diving to OA Jeopardy will take place. Lodge members had the opportunity to register for events of their choice in the same area registration took place. Event competition will occur during the week. All lodge contingents were also photographed as a group.

Brotherhood Band playing during registrationArrowmen were treated to the sound of the Brotherhood Band, composed of Arrowmen, while registration was occurring. The Brotherhood Band will play at several events during the week.

Upon completion of registration, Arrowmen left the registration area and went to their dormitories where they were able to unpack and settle in for the rest of the conference.
