Dear Arrowmen,

Let me be one of the many people this week who will welcome you to the National Order of the Arrow Conference! I am very excited for each and every one of you this week because I know you will have the time of your life!

A favorite author of mine once said, "The tragedy of life is not that it ends so soon, but that we wait so long to begin it." Begin a part of your Order of the Arrow lives right here in Tennessee.

These days you spend here at NOAC are incredible for many reasons. One of the most important reasons is that of the friendships and bonds you will make here at NOAC. Take the time to meet new people, make new friends, and renew your commitment to the Order of the Arrow.

Make it a priority not only to attend training cells, the shows, and the American Indian events this week but also make it a priority to share as many ideas as possible. I encourage you to do all this and to see all the events and activities this week. It is in that kind of participation that you will get the most out of NOAC.
