As the 1998 Southern Region Chief, Mark Angeli emphasized, supervised, and sustained three important regional activities: the region’s Web page, a regular edition of newsletter and the “One Day of Service” program. His additional diligence during four National Leadership Seminars did not diminish his enthusiasm for service to his section and home lodge.

His service continued on the sectional and regional levels with six stints on the staffs of the National Leadership Seminar.
