Arrowmen and Their Friends
Arrowmen have been met by some strange sights as they travel
about the University of Tennessee campus here in Knoxville. Gorillas,
otters, beavers, turkeys and other critters have been sighted. No, these
are not native fauna, but other Arrowmen and their mascots.
|
Several beavers were sighted on campus. This Arrowman
was traveling on the bus with his friend "Benny the Beaver" who
had acquired several stickers while flying with his contingent..
Edgar the beaver was bowling with his friend Dave (the larger beaver). |

These Arrowmen and their fowl friend were seen
at the Cube Puzzle Trading wide game. Fortunately this was not a
live turkey that was roosting on this Arrowman's head, but a decoy that he
was wearing as a hat. They had acquired the decoy during a short
stop at Wal-Mart on their way to NOAC. The turkey was named Tomi
after the clerk who sold it to them. |
Meet Roscoe the otter and his friend Chuck from Lodge
76. Roscoe is a Vigil Member of the lodge and his Vigil name is
"Slippery Foot." |

|
This pair was seen at Founders' Day. Let's hope the
right one was in the cage. |
