Introduction
General Guidelines
Registration
The goal of the 2002 NOAC Ceremony Team Evaluations is to improve ceremonial performances and to maximize the quality of the Induction experience. Since the purpose of these evaluations is purely educational, there is no need for teams to be highly experienced to participate. Inexperienced teams should benefit significantly from participating in the evaluations. Experienced teams will be able to improve their performances as well by their association with the best teams in the country. Evaluations will be held for Call-Out, Pre-Ordeal, Brotherhood, and Vigil ceremony teams.
The following general guidelines apply to all ceremony evaluations:
All ceremony teams members should pre-register by signing up for ceremony evaluations on the "Individual Registration Form". All ceremonial teams MUST check-in on Saturday when their lodge contingent registers at the NOAC. An Inductions and Ceremonial Events desk will be set-up in the conference registration area on Saturday, July 27, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Ceremony teams will need to verify their performance schedule and verify the name of each team member. Last minute changes may be available, but will SLOW the contingent registration process. Please make every effort to ensure that all members are registered for ceremony evaluations on the pre-registration form.
Ceremonial teams that do not check-in upon arrival may be replaced in the schedule by teams on the waiting list.
Only pre-registered ceremony teams will be guaranteed a place in the Ceremony Team Evaluation.
Teams that have not pre-registered but would like to participate MUST check-in during their lodge contingent registration on Saturday at the Inductions and Ceremonial Events desk. Teams may register on a first-come-first-served basis and may be turned away due to space, time, and staffing constraints.
