Brothers,
At this time, it is near 12:30 at night on Wednesday, August 1st. The Web Site team is still going strong, and having a great time! We have had the extreme honor and privilege to show you, our brothers, the little bit of NOAC that we could deliver straight to you! We all hope that you have enjoyed visiting our site as much as we have creating it for all of you. I would like to take this time to personally thank our team leaders, Sam and Adam, who helped this year’s web site staff raise the bar for the NOAC Live! web site. This past week has been absolutely inspiring and enjoyable for all of us on the web team.
Before the start of the conference, Joe Glenski the Web Site Adviser and myself wrote a letter to all the staff for this year’s NOAC. And in this letter, I promised every single Arrowman on our staff that their lives would be changed forever after the 2002 National Order of the Arrow Conference. It has proven to be more than true, each member of the staff has made new friends, gained a stronger vision of our Order’s purpose, and grown not only in knowledge but in spirit.
I would like to share with you some feedback received from some of our users, who commented, “Thank you from the bottom of my heart….you’ve all been me heroes this week!” We are all so extremely glad that we could have the chance to provide you with a glimpse into the heart of this year’s conference. As Clay commented in his speech, we all have our heroes, even though we may not tell them. The Web site staff and I were touched by the feedback and comments received from all of you, and feel that you, our Brothers in the Wimachtendienk, are our heroes for encouraging and supporting all that we have done. Thank you, and God Bless!
Brian Love
