During the course of the Conference, lodges attempted to qualify for the 2004 NOAC Lodge Spirit Award. In order to receive this honor, Lodges must have demonstrated effective planning, participation, and teamwork at NOAC. National Vice Chief David Dowty presented the awards in a special ceremony at the Founders' Day Fair on Wednesday. The twenty winning lodges are listed below.
