Have you ever wanted to take part in a national musical performance? Have you thought that the only way to do it would be through countless hours of practice and lots of flights to major music competitions? Well, at NOAC there are many more opportunities.
The Brotherhood Band has its roots in some of the earliest national conferences. Like many events at NOAC, the Brotherhood Band introduces Arrowmen to their brothers from across the country building friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. This year the Brotherhood Band offers more specialty bands for Arrowmen to really show off their talents such as smaller jazz bands and vocal quartets. Any Arrowman with some musical talent can participate in the Brotherhood Band. The band plays at the start of every show, at Founders' Day, and other special events during NOAC. One hundred and twenty-nine Arrowmen have brought their instruments and musical talent to NOAC to provide the conference with pleasing tunes.
This year's Brotherhood Band promises to be one of fellowship, enthusiasm, hard work and fun, whenever they perform. It will not only be a lasting experience for the one hundred-plus members of the band, but also for the rest of the Arrowmen attending NOAC this year.
