Information for Contingent Leaders

Serving as a Council Contingent Leader for the National Order of the Arrow Conference ("NOAC") is a great honor and a great responsibility. Your efforts will ensure the success of the conference as seen by the youth that attend from your council.

You have a great opportunity ahead of you. Indiana University will provide NOAC with excellent facilities and support. The Conference Planning Committee will develop a creative, fun, and informative program for all participants.

This website will provide information and tools to help you be successful. In addition to information on reservations and working with your contingent members, you can find promotion flyers, posters, and videos. More information and details will be added as the conference plans are developed, so check back often.

New Medical Form Posted (Required for NOAC 2009) - The BSA's new medical form will be required to all NOAC 2009 attendees. Please be sure to read the NOAC Medical Information and have your physician fill out the latest medical form available by clicking here.
