From December 27-30, 2011, section chiefs, members of the national Order of the Arrow committee and key volunteers gathered in Dallas, Texas, for the 2011 National Order of the Arrow Planning Meeting to begin planning for NOAC 2012. Section chiefs gathered on the first evening for the national chief and vice chief elections. John Rehm was elected the 2012 national chief and Preston Marquis was elected the 2012 national vice chief. Both John and Preston will oversee the planning for NOAC 2012.
On December 28, 2011, the section chiefs gathered by region to elect their 2012 region chief following the same election process for the national chief and vice chief elections.

2012 Northeast Region Chief - Eric Bush
2012 Southern Region Chief - David Joyner
2012 Western Region Chief - Joe Barton
These four Arrowmen will lead their regions for the year overseeing the National Leadership Seminars and serving on the Region Chief/Guest Experience committee at NOAC 2012.
Following the installation of the 2012 national officers, the national chief and vice chief assigned each section chief to a program planning committee for NOAC 2012. Each section chief will take on a major role in ensuring that NOAC 2012 program is top notch and exciting. Each committee selects their own conference vice chief to lead the planning for their program committee.
The following section chiefs will serve as conference vice chiefs for NOAC 2012:

NESA at NOAC: Ethan Fowler

Special Events: Joshua Hone
Training: Samuel Bellomy
The service lodge for NOAC 2012 will be led by Zachary Preuss who is the lodge chief of the Gabe-Shi-Win-Gi-Si-Kens Lodge, Chief Okemos Council.
Each committee is advised by members of the national Order of the Arrow committee and key volunteers who will guide the section chiefs in planning for NOAC 2012.
