Staff
A National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) could not function without the
dedicated service of those Arrowmen who volunteer to staff the entire conference.
Conference staff members will enjoy a unique experience serving the over 10,000
Arrowmen expected at the 2015 conference. While serving as part of the NOAC staff,
staff members are encouraged to experience the conference, enjoy the many activities
and special events that NOAC has to offer in addition to their service.
Members of the NOAC staff pay their own way to the conference, often traveling
with their own council contingent. At the conference, they are housed with the conference
staff and work in a support role to help make the national conference a successful
and enjoyable event.

Staff Shuttle
The NOAC staff shuttle will be operated by the commercial service called
"Michigan Flyer" from both terminals at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne
County Airport (DTW). The shuttle will be available on all days that
staff are scheduled to report to MSU and will cost $50
round trip.
It's recommended that staff should arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00
p.m. at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). This will
allow for any possible delays in flights and still being able to get a shuttle
during operating hours.
The last shuttles leave from DTW about 9:45 p.m. daily and it takes
approximately 2.5 hours to arrive in Lansing at the Marriott. Transportation
will be available to get you to the Kellogg center for staff check-in.
Staff can update their travel advisory information in the
NOAC Registration
System. While you’re on the registration portal, there are PDF documents
available for download that provide specifics on airport shuttle and travel
arrangements. Staff members arriving early should follow the instructions in the
“DTW Shuttle Bus Information” tab to register for the staff bus.
