Detailed schedules of sessions and events are made available after arrival at the conference. For some activities, the schedules may be given out during registration check in. For others, schedules are given out at special Sunday night meetings, or printed in the conference newspaper, etc.
The various program committees will have booths at the NOAC registration check-in area. When your lodge arrives, check with the appropriate committees for the events you are interested in. The committee representatives can tell you when and where you can get the detailed schedule information for their activities.
