Departure Transportation Update

For those of you that will be flying home, your departures have been scheduled for Wednesday! For those attendees with early departure flights, we will be running van transportation as early as necessary to get everyone to the airport on time for their flights out of Indianapolis. Go Express will handle the regular scheduled departures through the rest of the day.

Departures on Go Express will plan for 1.5 hours for the Indianapolis airport security check, ticketing and baggage check, as well as a one hour trip from McNutt to Indianapolis. Your departure times have been scheduled and will be confirmed with contingent leaders and staff members in an email tomorrow morning. The pickup point will be from McNutt Quad. Please congregate by the “airport departure” signs.

If there are any changes to your itinerary, please see the Logistics/Admin office in Briscoe room C-120. The office will be open during the daytime hours to assist, and we will be happy to help in any way that we can. Please travel safely, and thank you for helping to plan our NEXT century!
