  4. Shaw Neighborhood approximately 36 minutes after the hour (Shaw Neighborhood)
  5. Bus stop #3 approximately 48 minutes after the hour (West Circle Neighborhood)

Please arrive early to your bus stop! Flashing orange lights will illuminate bus stops to help guide you for early morning departures.

Please find your name or contingent on the comprehensive list.

Offsite Staff

An Indian Trails mini-bus will be available to pick you up at your hotel’s front entrance. The bus will begin at the Causeway Bay Hotel and proceed to the Quality Inn, Hyatt and Courtyard Hotels. The Kellogg Hotel will be the next stop and continue on to the Michigan Flyer stop next to the Marriott.

Staff traveling to the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) should collect their luggage and check in with the Michigan Flyer driver. No confirmation is needed – simply give them your name.

Staff staying at the Marriott and departing from the Capital Region International Airport (LAN) will need to board the Indian Trails bus at the Michigan Flyer stop and ride to the LAN airport.

Please locate your name on the list, noting the Michigan Flyer departure time and hotel departure time. Please arrive early to your hotel’s front entrance to load quickly.
