Dear Arrowmen,
The NOAC planning committee is excited to announce the release of NOAC 2024 program schedules for all delegates and contingents. Effective immediately, all NOAC contingents, delegates, and staff can login to National Order of the Arrow Event Registration System (NOAERS) and view their preliminary conference schedule. Below are a few notes about schedules.
- These schedules are based on available space and preferences submitted during activity sign-ups in April and May 2024. Any delegate, contingent leader, or staff member who was unable to complete this process will not have any scheduled items. More information on how to add items is below.
- Delegates and contingent leaders can modify their schedule, subject to availability in the program, using NOAERS at any time. For details on how to modify a delegate schedule, click here.
- Delegates and staff who did not submit preliminary activity preferences in April & May should use the link above to build out their schedule. A full listing of available activities can be found here.
- If you see a “contingent” activity on your schedule and wish to modify it, please work directly with your lodge’s contingent leader. Contingent Leaders will receive a separate email with details on modifying the contingent’s schedule.
As a reminder, there are several conference program offerings that do not require pre-registration and will be available throughout the conference. Details on these programs will be available in the conference mobile app in the coming days.
