This event at a NOAC is a spiritual ceremony to remember our departed OA brothers. If you sign-up to attend this event – you will receive an email in mid-June to submit a name of a departed OA brother from your lodge and a corresponding photo to be included in this special ceremony.

Once registered, you’ll receive competition details ahead of NOAC. Bring your exhibit for display all week and vie for top prizes at the NOAC Science Fair! Volunteer Staff Opportunity: Adventure Central

Join the heart of the action at NOAC—Adventure Central! As a member of our volunteer staff , you’ll play a key role in delivering thrilling experiences, from rock climbing to SCUBA, archery to STEM adventures. Your commitment is in your hands, whether it’s just an afternoon or the entire week. Adventure Central will be open to participants Monday to Thursday, 1:00-5:00 pm.
For your dedication, a special patch awaits after a single day of service. Opt for three or more days, and you’ll be officially adopted by the NOAC staff , earning an exclusive Adventure Central Staff patch. Make your mark, elevate the experience, and be the guide to unforgettable moments. Adventure Central calls—answer it!

Volunteer Staff Opportunity: GEO Museum Docent (Guide)

Do you have a few hours to provide cheerful service during the conference? The 2024 NOAC GEO (Goodman Edson Observatory – OA Museum) is looking for volunteer docents to assist in the GEO. Docents will receive a brief training before NOAC to assist GEO staff with security and guest relations. We will require around 90 Docents. Thank you for your service, cheerfulness, fellowship, and brotherhood.

Electric Boat/General Dynamics is sponsoring a six station STEM activity program targeting welding, robotics, electronics, and oceanography. Come build parts of a remotely operated vehicle (ROV)!
Technology Meet-Up

Come meet the national OA technology team, ask questions, learn about what the team does, and learn how you can get involved. This casual meet-up will allow you to meet some of the national OA technology subcommittee, discuss ideas, learn about upcoming projects, and talk about technology you use in your own lodge or section and how the national organization can help.
